Jumpstart is designed as a twenty-one-day course expressly to help you practice a new technique to build on each day.

Every morning you will start with a journal entry setting your intention for the day. You will watch the video and download the affirmation specifically designed to go along with the day’s lesson.

The daily guidebook gives you space to consider what you’ve learned and make notes so you can track your journey to happier.

Below each lesson is a section labeled “Lesson Media.” This is where you will find the materials that go with your lesson. Be sure to download the affirmation to your phone so you’ll have it each day.
