Coaching with me is simple and supportive. We meet over Zoom for 60-minute sessions—usually once a week or every other week—depending on what feels right for your pace and goals. After each session, you’ll receive a personalized recap with reflection prompts to help you keep the momentum going between our calls.
What makes this coaching holistic is the range of tools we use. From mindset mapping and neurolinguistic practices to journaling, breathwork, and emotional processing—you’ll receive support that meets you where you are, every step of the way.
You can start with a four-session package or dive deeper with eight. We’ll talk through what’s best during our discovery call.
